Flights to Bali - Island of Temples

To take some rest from my busy life I decided to go for a short trip with my friends to best awarded island for travel and leisure, Bali. Its nearest another island is Nusa Penida.

With a small travelling budget we book cheapest flights to Bali. We landed at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport(DPS)  which is at about 35 minutes away from Denpasar. Balinese and indonesian language are most common spoken languages and English is the third language here.

After relax and spending night at hotel, on the next morning we visited amazing and beautiful Gitgit waterfall which is at about 70 KM away from Denpasar. Our next stop was Tirta Empul Temple. A hindu temple which is famous for holy water.  We also visited Pura Taman Ayun Temple and statue of Arjuna.

Bali attracts a number of tourists from all over the world and I found it true when I saw one of the most visited and long sandy Kuta beach. It is unbelievably beautiful. At the time of Christmas and New Year, Kuta beach become more crowded place.

Everybody have distinct choice and I like to see traditional dance. The dance by balinese people is known all over the world. In the Kuta Art Markets and Candi Kuning market we found amazing and stunning work of paintings, leather work and metal work. We also taste local food  nasi goreng and mie goreng (fried rice and noodles) at a restaurant in Kreneng market.

To add more excitement to our trip we decided to go for diving. Before to go for diving, we collect some information that April to July and October to November are the best time for diving. We went to Tulamben. We were in a group, so we get some discount also. Water temperature was 26 degree Celsius and our guide told us that visibility in water was 40 meters. It was a great experience for us and we really enjoyed.
Thanks to Air Online Tickets to make our trip in our budget.
